修改裝置管理、新增裝置子項目新增查詢功能

裝置設定: 裝置類型選擇改為讀取sensorType資料表
電站交叉分析: 選擇比較欄位(以sensorTypeDetail做更新)
PowerStationRepository.cs -> 刪除已不使用的資料表判斷
debug -> 電站交叉分析中 設備有兩個導致查詢不了,增加查詢判斷
